How to make seals on a piece of paper?

How can I make it so that I can put on a piece of paper like a stamp. For example, I have a white canvas in front of me and when I click on it a check mark appears on it. Maybe there is some kind of manual that explains how to do this. I would be very grateful if you could help me.

  • if it’s 2d, a widget may be enough - widgets have a canvas other widgets can be added to at the desired location.
  • if it’s 3d, a decal should be better - think of it as of graphitti one can apply on any 3d surface
