how to make posestreaming from .fbx and send to unreal(livelink) like linkliveface or the unrealplugin for maya?

Recently I am studying how to drive metahuman. I have written a program that can drive the face. I calculate the blender weight and send it to unreal through livelink. Unreal uses the livelinkface plug-in. Now I want to drive the body. Can I send animation data to unreal through livelink , I just want to study the driving process. I saw that software such as maya and iclone have this function, but iclone uses its own unreal plug-in, but maya does not. What kind of animation data does maya pass to livelink?
