How to make people to be in "floating" spectator ? Like drone view

Hi there,

I want to make a 2v2 map realistic for a tournament and stream it. To have a global view for my followers i need to be in flying mode and be able to fly everywhere i want. I did not find how to do that…
Can you help me?
