i tried to use all of the mats from megascans and even used some models and spend so much time perfecting the lighting and baked it but it still looks so off and from some old bootleg 2010 indie game
(i reduced the saturation for artistic and gameplay purposes and it shouldnt really affect anything)
what can i do to make it realistic

The most obvious problem is that it is under-exposed and your lights don’t have realistic intensity.
Some of your geometry is very simplified, lots of texture stretching, and all the materials look like they’re fully rough with no variation in glossiness. The glass bottle/wineglasses don’t have proper materials.
