How to make hit indicator using UMG

Hello!

can someone teach me how to do a hit location indicator using UMG?
like when someone shoots you from behind, the indicator will be on the bottom, and if shot from above, indicator will be on top, and so on…

sadly, it’s not the same what I have in mind,
when looking at other angle it’s not working properly.
