How to make decal without static mesh background,...

Hi,

this is my image (decal) is possible to use decal without static mesh or transparent because I need only decal without any background.

I have tried transparent background and not works.

hi @progy85 ,
so basicly you want a transparent plane with just the people displayed ?
You can just make a transclucent/masked material with your texture and apply it to a plane.
Decals are designed to be projected on surfaces only.
