As you can see in the below screenshot taken from lethal company, The environment is really dark in some places
Going to the darker part you can still see objects that are very close to you in a very dark bluish light.
similary, in amnesia : the bunker you can see your hands and nearby surrounding area in a faint blue light
I wanted to know how to make this effect for my survival horror game. Is it as simple as just a light source with tweaked values or is there some sort of shader/post-process effect. Would appreciate your help or any guidance towards the relevant resources.
