There doesn’t appear to be much information about this. How do I make the custom font into a material for the render text? I’ve tried making the distance field for the text but it doesn’t look right.
- create font
- add your font here
it will create another asset: a font face
- go to your font asset again and choose OFFLINE in font cache type
proceed (yes)
- select again font and size
- in the font offline options tick Use Distance Field Alpha
- in assets menu select reimport font
- the bitmap should look from sharp to blured like this:
- save and use your font:
