How to make camera not to follow player or stop at the very firs beginning play with blueprint?

I,m trying to use 2D or 3D template but it seems didn’t work, im using event begin play then connect to camera so i can get view of it but it didn,t seems work well

Place a camera in the world then convert it to a blueprint:

Then in the blueprint, on event begin play, set up a network like this:

why is there is none of set view target with blend, i already tried that even seeing youtube, is it the engine problem?
