How to make bone dynamic and Collisionable in character move with player control?

Help me please!
When I control my character in realtime gameplay I want see the chain have dynamic effect like this.[(link text)]1(this video just talk about make character physic body but I want use the result in character movement)

BTW already try used the animdynamic node in characer animgraph.It’s cool but not support physic collision pity):
Only way is use Cloth for my character.Am I right?
