How to make Animated ArchViz? Importing Animation to ArchViz Project?

Hello.
I been searching on how to import animation of a whole scene to unreal.
The idea is, I’m doing ArchViz project in UE5, then export the scene to other 3d software like maya or cinema4D, to make some complicated animation like morph or transform that cannot do (or hard to do) in unreal, then import back again to UE5.
Should I rig and do some simple skeletal in maya? Is it necessary to merge all the mesh to one (for example, I’m working on an apartment interior)?
Any advice for this idea please?
