As you can see, the background is grey and not uniform, I just used a skyphere and set all the colors to white, but the colors are just varying between #CACACA to #D1D1D1.
I think that might be effect of postprocessing try to tune it up, if this not the case you can also create unlit material for background so lighting won’t effect it (it should be in material main settings, lighting mode)
Thanks for your quick and excellent answer :). It was the post processing in the showflags that was making this effect. By unchecking some options, I succeeded in having a white uniform background thanks to you.

I believe using an exponential height fog should do the trick.

If you don’t want to watch the video, here’s how to do it in text form.
1 - Delete default skybox
2 - Drag in exponential height fog
3 - Set Fog Height Falloff to zero
4 - Turn off atmosphere sun light in light source
5 - Change fog instancing color to whatever cool color you want
