How to make a squash & stretch rig from Blender to Unreal

Hi y’all, I made a video describing my issue, but basically I’m importing a rig from Blender that lets you rotate and scale a ball. It works fine in Blender but behaves weirdly in Unreal. My goal is to be able to do procedural squash and stretch and rotation in control rig.

What am I doing wrong here?

Did you Apply > Location/Scale/Rotation before rigging it?

Tip: scale down the bones until they are barely visible !

Yea I did apply transform EvilCleric. irajsb I would like to avoid doing weird stuff and do it right from the start.
