The image below shows the top of my scrollbar, I want it to go slightly higher so parts of the image goes over (for the bottom as well). How can I do that?

Have you tried selecting the ScrollBox and setting the Scrollbar Padding to -5(you can also try other values to make it extend even more) on both Top and Bottom?
If I understood correctly, this should allow the scrollbar image to extend slightly beyond the top and bottom, and it might achieve the effect you’re looking for.
