How to make a Online-Level?

I’m going to make a really big map (approximately 1 TB) and I know it’s going to be too big to be in the player’s storage drive, I have an idea to just store the assets that are going to be on the map but the map model is going to be downloaded continuously. is there any way to do this?

you could set the game to download assets while the player is moving around, but why would players want to play a game that would download that much data? Some internet providers have monthly limits on data transfer, much less than 1TB.
