How to make a Kaleidoscope / Mandala material in UE4-5?

Hello, any idea how to have textures that get repeated in a circle like here?
And then move towards or away from the middle of it
Controlling the amount of repeated angles would be cool, but even just permanent 3 or 4 angles is good too, if too complicated.

I don’t use material graphs, so how could I make this with the regular UE4-5 material nodes?
