How to make a in-game marketplace selling in-game items for real money?

I plan to make a in-game marketplace where players can sell their in-game items to others for real money, i can then collect 5 percent of the profit, is this possible?

But like legit, I plan on setting up a in app purchase for a special credit which can only be bought, and make a marketplace where only that credit is accepted, the seller can then trade their in game cash for only 80 percent of its original cost. Problem is, how do i set up a multiplayer marketplace.
