How to make a EULA for my Unreal Engine game?

Are there any resources to help guide me in making a EULA for my game? I can’t seem to find anything that Epic has written or other sources which really outline exactly what is expected from a EULA and how to write one. I’ve found this from the Unreal Engine website, but I don’t understand how it applies to my creation of a EULA for my game. Any help would be really appreciated here, I’m stuck.

Hey there @Kman_14! There used to be a template for some verbiage, which is likely what you see many users mentioning, though it’s since hasn’t been in use for some time. It might be worth modifying that.

Should I just be able to replace the words like “Product” and “Licensor” and use that?

Thanks a lot btw.

I would definitely customize it a bit more if this is more commercial project, but for the most part yes the other commenters are correct that you can just replace the key words. I would also probably format it a bit and if you have any other important portions of your own that need to be stated, like if you retain data, etc.
