How to make a cave in an island under the level of water?

In Unreal Engine 5.3.2, using the water plugin and landmass, I made a little open world based on world partition.
The map is made of 2 island in the center of an ocean. The first island is made with the waterbody ocean and the second one is made with a WaterBodyIsland.
I want to make some caves/crypt under the islands which will go under the level of water .

I actually can make a hole on the lanscape.
When I create a hole in the landscape, some water appears

but near the water under the landscape we can see some clipping

I can mask the water on the ocean or on the hole in the landscape and prevent any undesirable underwater postprocessing effect
by using this technique [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WjORFhz9zdg]
in another part of the water material

It works great on ocean or just under the landscape hole. But further under the landscape where there is no hole, I got some clipping artifacts I can’t get ride of.

Is there a way to get ride of the wave clipping under the terrain?
Is there another way to make cave on a island under the level of water without having the water interfering in any way under the island?
