I want to make a cinematic when I start the game, but I don’t know how to do that.
The idea is: I push the button in main menu called “start” and then, it shows me a cinematic with a black screen and a text with fade in and fade out. The screen too should fade out and then starts level 1. I don’t know if I explain correctly…

The standard way would be to play a short movie file. You can make things like this in Blender or Shotcut.
Am I do in other program (for example, in an video editor program) and import in UE4? Yes?
Yes, but you don’t have to import it, you just play it directly from the movies folder.
You might also be able to do something passable using the UMG, but I haven’t tried that.
I did something similar in a UMG widget with animations. After you click a button it goes to another widget screen and starts the default animation.
