How to make a 3D UI like Hearthstone Main Menu

Hey,

I am new in Unreal Engine,

I am wondering if it’s possible to use Unreal UI system to make a 3D UI like the Main Menu “book” they use in Hearthstone
Or if it’s better to juste create a new scene with a Camera … etc … without anything from the Canvas/UI sytem of Unreal
