How to maintain the position of an object moved in a movie sequence

I want to move a prop using the Level Sequence and Movie Sequence and keep it in the position where I moved it to. However, it doesn’t stay in the specified coordinates. What should I do?

I’m linking the storm controller and the controller beacon as parent and child and moving them.
I can confirm that it’s moving in the sequencer, but is it not moving during the game??
