How to maintain pose when exporting

I have a Mixamo skeletal mesh that has been retargeted to the UE4 mannequin, including having the same pose. When I export the skeletal mesh as an FBX, however, the pose is the default pose that the mesh had when input to Mixamo (same pose as when you click Hide Pose in the retarget manager). Is there a way to export the file in the UE4 pose format?
