How to lock the visibility of a folder in the outliner?

I usually hide all folders I’m not currently working on, only to have them all visible next time I open UE, and then manually hiding them every time.

Is there a way to keep them hidden across sessions? maybe some plugin or other method?

is there maybe a plugin that adds this functionality?

I would jump on this bandwagon and ask for a lot more, like keeping collapsed groups collapsed in a blueprint hierarchy instead of constantly expanding everything every time an update is made somewhere else in the hierarchy.
