You can use the Twinmotion for CET extension to link your CET and Twinmotion projects. This extension is provided by COnfigura, so you would need to contact them for assistance with it.
As for custom paths, these are meant to animate custom objects alongside a predefined path. For the functionality you want, you will need to create a video and create keyframes at specific points to have the camera move along a path like you want.
