The task is that the frame rate inside the game is 60 fps and 11 fps for only one object.
I give an example of what I want to do.

I am looking for the same technique at the moment. I had some information and even a blueprint for that back in the days but can´t find it or where I found the solutions. Some people say it must be done outside in your 3D package to limit the animation-keyframes but it was possible inside UE4 with blueprints.
I am also very interested in doing something similar in order to make overly smooth 3D animations appear more 2D-esque due to having less frames involved, almost similar to how Guilty Gear is moving forward with their art-direction.
Would love to get some help with this!
Was anyone able to figure this out? I’m interested in doing this as well and can’t find much info on it. Definitely seems like something that should be achievable in the engine.
