So i am running into a complecated issue of when i change the grooms on a character it changes from the hair to its static mesh version. as you can see here in the pictures.

even if i were to go back to the first character, the hair keeps the gray static mesh as seen here.
Does anyone know what is going on here? or maybe even how to fix it? I am assuming it has something to do witht he LOD’s but i am having issues changing that during runtime, and setting the LODs in the LOD sync doesnt fix the issue either. Any insight would be appreciated
