How to keep mesh attached to camera from jittering?

Sorry to bump such an old thread, but we’re seeing a similar issue in UE5. Our simulation requires us to be far from the origin, and with double precision we haven’t had many issues with that, but we still see this camera shake in our levels when we’re far from 0,0,0.

Is there anyway to fix this in UE5 that doesn’t involve coordinate rebasing?
