How to invoke UI on PC screen(VR Spectator) and not on VR HMD?

I’ve tried the package download, imported into a fairly clean OpenXR based project. Unreal 5.3. Run in VR Preview (using Windows Mixed Portal for testing), as per the screenshot.

The UI appears in the VR HMD, and the UI is not rendering cleanly in the desktop view. Same if I build.

Has anyone else had issues in UE5.3?

If you start it as standalone game, it actually works fine. The misalignment is just in preview.

Unforuntately its the same in a build too. It renders in VR too.
I am using UE5.3, what version did you test it on?
