if the downloaded UE folder is there in PC but launcher doesn’t recognize it, you can start the download, let it download a 100 mb, pause it and close launcher, cut and paste the UE folder to this newly created folder by launcher, then re-open launcher, now it will detect without downloading and you can use directly
