Hi aachi,

After you’ve signed in, you can download the installer with the buttons on the right side of the page

Where do I find the engine installer and how to install?

I had done the same thing but, I cold not find the installer set up from the ‘launcher’ folder.

If you did not change the original install path, you could launch Unreal from the following exe

C:\Program Files\Epic Games\Launcher\Engine\Binaries\Win64\UnrealEngineLauncher.exe
