how to install the previous minor version.

I want to install the previous Unreal Engine version that is not selectable in epic game lauchner.

Specifically, I want to use UE ver4.27.1 but I can find only ver4.27.2 in the launcher.
Can I get UE ver4.27.1?

You can’t get them from the launcher as far as I am aware. Usually an update from X.X1 to X.X2 is just minor bugs and issues they fixed. I suggest you stick with the latest version.

However, if you want to get the minor versions, I believe you can access them through the Epic GitHub page. I unfortunately can’t link you there as you will need to register to get the source build. Here is a guide however: Building Unreal Engine from Source | Unreal Engine 4.27 Documentation
