How to install Houdini 18.5.532 for Sample City Creation FIX

So, on houdini you can’t actually download the version required so heres how to:

  1. Open up a FTP such as WinSCP

  2. Make sure you have FTP Chosen and not SFTP

  3. Enter the credentials:
    server: ftp.sidefx.com
    username: anonymous or ftp
    password: email address
    port: standard FTP ports

  4. Go onto Houdini 18.5

  5. Find 18.5.532 and download it

Thank you very much for your help. Surely I’m doing something wrong. I’ve downloaded a pair of the multiple files “houdini 18.5.532” that are in that serve. After intalled one or another I’ve received this error message: “License manager: :1715: No server found running. Please start the server before retrying”. I’ve searched solution in other sites, but witouh succes. Can you help me? Thnx in advance :slight_smile:

Folder 18.5 is deleted on ftp
