How to import Revit metadata into MAX's object properties-User Dfined

Because the model BIM information is used in the project, the metadata parameters of revit should displayed in UE4.I used two sets of workflows, both of which were somewhat problematic.
The first solution: directly import Revit model into UE4, and use Datasmith, but read-only parameters of Revit metadata can’t import UE4.
Second solution: for model optimization, I first imported Revit model into 3DMAX. The problem is, how to import Revit metadata into object properties-User Dfined of MAX?
