How to import editable poly geometry from3ds max to UE4

Hello Everyone,

My issue is, if i am importing the entire 3d scene from 3ds max to UE4 using datasmith, the entire scene compile properly but i cant apply separate material to walls, (inside/outside) one single material applies to all four side of walls, even for bedroom walls and so on.

How do i import all correctly, please advice or help.
