How to ignore noise events in AI-cognition where you can't go beyond the wall

It’s not a viewing event, it’s a noise event, but I hear sounds from places I can’t go, and there are already enemies outside the door

We created EQS and created AI by recognizing it on AI blueprints

I want to ignore it around that blue area, but I don’t know at what stage I can exclude
