How to hide one arm while playing an animation?

Hey guys! It’s me, again.
So, basically I have an animation that uses only one arm, the right one, what can I do to hide or delete the other one, because it’s in the middle of way and also casting shadows.

Is there any way to remove a part of a skeletal mesh in an animation in particular?

You can modify the animation itself within the editor using animation layers. You don’t have to do everything in that example; you can just scale the bone to 0 and apply it to the original animation:
