How to hide an Unreal Engine project? How to remove from Epic Games Launcher?

Hello,

I have a very interesting question. Because this case is different from other times.

I recently downloaded and installed the UE5.2 source code from GitHub. But that’s where the problem is. I don’t know how, but the Epic Games Launcher manages to “find” the “Engine” folder with 3 projects that are from the engine itself.

The “Engine” is located under “Documents/UESC”. Like, an unconventional name for the Epic Games Launcher to want to look for something. I don’t know if it’s because once I opened the project with the Epic Games Launcher open in the background.

I’ve tried everything, but I can’t find any .ini file that indicates where these 3 projects are.

The funniest thing is that the project I’m actually creating something doesn’t even appear in the Launcher. Which is in the path "Documents/UnrealProjects. Got it? Much easier to find, and no signal.

Could someone explain to me how this is happening and how I could hide these 3 projects from the source code? I would be very grateful.

Sincerely, HighRender.
