How to have animation run on normal speed during world time dilation?

I’m trying to recreate something like Wuthering Waves ultimate where the world around the player is slowed down while the ultimate animation goes on, in order to have my countdown timer be frozen as well, I need to use World Time Dilation or pause game. But no matter what I do, the level sequence player animation and particles still gets frozen by the game even if I changed the clock source to real time instead of ticks, any way to keep the animation at normal speed while the world dilation or pause goes on?

you have the dilation value - you could just multiply the animation time by that to get it back at full speed.
