How to handle collision in the right way?

I’m working on a cinematic and i’m facing an issue with my collision, i have an actor blueprint for my airplane and also a character blueprint for my pilot.

in the airplane blueprint i created a socket and i have attached my pilot, it shows in the right way before i test the map

but when i try the game the pilot is kicked out the airplane

I know this is some kind of collision’s issue , i tried already activating and deactivating the collision on the pilot and on the airplane, but i can’t figure out how to get the pilot take his position into the airplane.

please can someone help me to figure out this issue ?
