How to Grant Health on Elimination properly ?

Hello,

I’m currently trying to grant 100 hp and 100 shield when an elimination comes up (in a PVP/1V1 built map) but somehow it does not work, sometimes giving me only 50hp, sometimes nothing.

Here are my settings :

Also on my weapon Classes I kept my island default settings :
