In my map I accidently deleted the water and now I am not sure how to get it back. And I used the water device but it’s not really the same. Can somebody attempt to help?

Check il the prob list you can find new prop to add water like River, lake, see.
Simple filter “water” on top of list and scroll

I think it should be in devices folder under the Fortnite folder in the content drawer.
