how to get unreal engine 5.7.3 to launch

I am having an issue where after updating drivers, reinstalling unreal and restarting my system unreal will always crash when I try to launch it. It loads up to 70% then crashes, every time.

This is what the window says when it crashes each time

Hey there @The-Zigginator! Welcome to the community! Since the error mentioned the NPU (Intel Neural Processor Unit) that seems to be the cause. Users report being able to disable the device itself in the Device Manager or turning off hardware acceleration.
