We’re seeing distinct hard edges in the colour in textures, where our rig’s different cameras used for the reconstruction see different parts of our actor. We realise this is probably down to different backgrounds and levels of flare between cameras - some of them inevitably face into area lights, while others face the dark back cloth. Has anyone had any success pre-processing the images in some way to even out these differences and deliver a uniform texture? Is there anything else anyone can suggest to help?
Hi,
there is a Color correction reference, if you click on image in 1Ds view.
But I think it is better to correct your images before texturing in some third party software.
Hi again Ondrej - hadn’t noticed that option for colour correction - thanks for the suggestion - will experiment with that!
