How to get to Base.Engine.ini

So I want to change the code inside this file but I don’t know where to find it. (Btw I’m using windows).

You mean BaseEnigne.ini, you will find it in UE4 engine directory, in Config directory. It contains defaults for all projects.

I’m supposed to change something in BaseEngine.ini for an app to work. How do I do that?
