How to get rid of ugly rendering artifacts?

Hello there.

How to get rid of ugly artifacts specially for fast moving objects/actors?
Attached picture shows what I mean. I rendered it originally to AVI without compression and these artifacts are there. Actually such artifacts are quite present all along the movie but it gets really bad sometimes. Final movie ->

And now I’m curious if my video card can be the culprit? Anyway how to fix? Clues?
