How to get posed human textures from twinmotion to unreal 5?

I am importing a twinmotion project into unreal 5 and none of the posed human textures are importing. In the logs, it tells me that the materials are unsupported. Curious what the issue could be or if there is a known fix. Or if their materials are just unsupported outright. In one of the resources explaining what is supported it states that they are supported when importing so I think there may be something wrong or that document is incorrect at this time.

Thanks for reporting this. There are some known issues with the posed humans' materials not appearing correctly when importing them from Twinmotion to Unreal Engine 5. The Datasmith team is currently looking to get this resolved.
