Every time I try to download the character I made online via Quixel bridge in my project, the download gets to 100% and stars again

This can happen when The quixell Bridge library folder is not reachable or full
make sure that you have the metahuman plugin installed in UE5
To get it in Engine you need to launch Quixel Bridge from within UE.
From there, once you download a Metahuman you will have a + Add button available which will add it to UE. Note you need to have UE open in a project already.
