How to get "hover" not change image size? (Button style) UE5.0.3

Hover style resizes image on my button.

I read some related post but I don’t have the “size to content” option.

Button changes size when hovered over

I made an ability screen and can’t use it properly, because the button changes its size when I hover over it. Its scales to the anchor point if nothing else is parented to the box the button is parented to. If I parent the text and the button to the same box, the button will scale to the text when hovered over. It would be really nice if it just stayed the same size! UPDATE:
I found the problem is related to this.

However with the second option the image does not fit to the size of the screen.
