How to get hero sprite's arms/hands to follow mouse direction?

I am making a 2d scroller third person type prototype and I need the hero sprites hands/arms holding a gun to follow the players mouse direction, so that the if the mouse if up on the screen the sprite follows the mouse and aims the arms/hands/shoulders/gun up and vice versa with down so that the player can choose specifically where to aim. If you could help that would be great and if you could be throrough that would be greatly apprecited as I am new to unreal engine 4 and blueprints. Thanks :slight_smile:
